Specs:
EVGA 8800 GTS 640mb, EVGA 780i motherboard. A-Data 4 gig ram. Q6600. 250gb hard drive, lightscribe. Thermaltake 700w toughpower cable management psu. NZXT Tempest case.

Mods:
Replaced all blue fans with red ones, changed blue strips on front with red LEDs. Painted front mesh red.

Please give me feedback on the red mesh, should I also paint the top mesh with red also or the inside of my case. If the red mesh in front looks bad I can respray it black. Also im probably gonna get some red cathodes. Also this is my first ever build :). And I know that my case is messy i am probably going to get a sata hard drive and lightscribe to reduce clutter, also i will probably get a molex extender for some of my fans.

Looks very nice! I would move the lower front bay fan to above where the middle bay fan is and put the dvd drive to a lower spot. This will help keep the cables a little tidier and feed your motherboard and other components fresh air. :)

I would but this is no fan mount up there, only for the 2 bottom fans.

If you like Red & Black, It would look good to paint the top & inside Red, I thought you might like some Red led 140mm fans for the top (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835234002), also if your able to flip the power supply, so the fan is at the bottom, you would also have to cut a hole in the bottom, from doing that your power supply & wire management would improve. for your first build, Its a good job.

Red & Black are the best colours in my opinion, I'll be modding a Silverstone TJ0B for my GF's b'day, it'll be all black with red LEDs.

I'll post pics when it's ready.

Don't forget to fill in your System Specification in your User Control Panel. Look on the left hand pane for the Edit link.

Nice work on the color choices, but your system needs a bit of work in the wire management department.

It is hard to look at your hardware when there are wires hanging in front of it distracting our attention.

Id paint the cages red, and paint the inside black, and maybe paint the mesh on the window if ya can get it off
