Not much just upgraded the GPU and PSU. Tucked away the cable as much as I could without taking it apart. This is a cheap replacement. My g/f bought this on clearance at Circuit City for $450 the card $59 and the PSU $20. Not bad Im really not into PC gaming except for UT2004.
