CoolerMaster CM 690 and the Nine hundred: great cases for the money. Very good cooling and MOD options. I have the Antec P182 and Love it!

Corsair VX 450W: Great PS but I would go a little higher Watts in the Corsair 550W or the 620 Modular. The 620 will last through many upgrades.

I love the ASUS P5Q-E , my son has the MSI P45 and he loves it. He has his E7200 @ 3.6 on air.

The Intel Core 2 DUO E8400 rocks! I sold my Q6600 for this and boy , it is awsome! I have it at 3.8 with a Thermalright 120 Black Xtreme at 39/39C with room temps 81F

Your Ram is fine.

Both HD`s are good . I have the WESTERN DIGITAL Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS (7200RPM 64016MB Single Platter) and love it.

The 4850 is a great card for the money. Stay away form Sapphire. Terrible customer support. I have the VisionTek4870. VisionTek has a lifetime warranty.

The rest is good. You have very good taste in Hardware. The motherboards you choice are all good. The ASUS and the MSI are pretty good. The Gigabyte is pretty much new and some tests have been done.

Good luck w/ your biuld
