Can my problem be with the Hard drive, or graphics card? Or is it my North Bridge? I dont know but any advice would help me alot!

Does the X700 have temperature monitoring? I know the X700 Pro does. Download ATITool and tell us what the temps are. Its normal for video cards to get warm. Especially heatsinks, that means they are doing there job. Right now it sounds like its a Power supply issue. Generic 300watt does not sound to good. What are the amps on your 12V line? You would be much better off with at least a 400watt PSU be a reputable manufacturer.

Yeah thanx.
I dont have temperature monitoring and Iam thinking of tossing my card and upgrading my case , My North Bridge also keeps failing and is also overheating... I know my motherboard is ok and the ASUS K8n4-e deluxe is notorous for its failing North Bridge...... And I am thinking of going with a thermaltake or some other Generic Brand 450 watt PSU whatever comes with the case..... My X700 has no heatsinks and just a GPU cooler its not a very good card since it only has DDR1 memory.....
