they arent random numbers ;)
Read this (http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/121/1) if you want some overclocking basics, and read this (http://www.corsairmemory.com/corsair/products/tech/memory_basics/153707/index.html) if you want a basic explanation of all of the inner workings of ram.

Do these numbers go up to 2.0? or below 1.0? Standard dividers are usually 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6, and 1/1. DRAM/FSB

hm....1.0 up to 4.0 they usually go by .50 degree incraments but ther are a few eeptions were it will go up by 1 whole and of course a randm 2.40

Picture maybe? CAS is listed in 1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5,4.0 latencies, and I dont think its possible to use anything else, so it must be a different option.. if its 1.33, 1.50, 1.66, 1.80, 2.0, I'm betting its a variation of ram or fsb settings.

it is the fsb settings i usually dont touch the latencies.....but i cant give you a pic...im sorry it weird first i picked one...1.00 it gave me 180 ddr speed im running duel channel sooo......and thats what my fsb is set at i boot in to windows launch cpu-z and my memory speed is 90mhz i tried doing the math and i cant make a formula were that 1.00 would set my ddr speed to my fsb speed or give it 90mhz regularly it eludes me.
