How to change NTSC to PAL in AIW 9600??

Hey guys i need some advice please :-))

I have AIW9600 Samsung4.0 US version and have changed TV tuner from NTSC to PAL and flashed bios from bios collection (tv=PAL) but card is still seen as NTSC. Hardware is identical now - I have seen PAL version. I have not possibility to dump BIOS from PAL version... :-((

I'm not sure, but the section of the bios that selects pal/ntsc could be one of the sections that are not written over during a flash. Try using the bios you have with -newbios as one of the options on the flasher. It will overwrite all sections of the bios with the new one instead of retaining some of the old info.

I have done this but without result. Only what changed that video out is PAL...
