Dream dual core and SLI/Crossfire setup

I am just looking around and thought I might make another computer or look for a custom built one (but I do love building them).
I am just curious of what people's specs are for their dream setup (one that you would actually like to do sometime, not an outrageous one please).

If you're practical, DON'T GET AN FX-57!!!!!!!!!! Get an Opteron 144 or 146, they're 1/10 the price and outdo the FX-57.

If I were you I'd get:

Opteron 146 OR Opteron Dual-cores (don't know models)
SLI x16 compatible mobo (don't know who makes them)
4gb dual-channel DDR600 (or 500) for overclocking
2x GeForce 7800GT's (a lot cheaper, overclocked can beat a 7800GTX at stock speeds, and all the new technology of the 7800 series) OR wait until new Nvidia's come out

I saw the 170 at ncix.com for 506 vs. the 4400+ for 668 and the 170 is only 200MHz slower and probably OCs just as well anyway. (canadian prices)

That OCZ 2GB kit on the front page looked nice, too bad it doesn't do 2-2-2-5.

Also ASUS makes an A8N32-SLI Deluxe which is like the A8N-SLI Premium (still passively cooled) but both slots run at x16, but they took out two of the silicon image SATA ports.

For my dream computer I think I would keep my existing one but add more hard drive space, hard drive space is nice, maybe once some passively cooled crossfire boards come out it might be nice to go crossfire.

Crossfire isn't really well established yet, and the cards are still not in stone (master cards or any card). But yeah, I might too, especially when ATI gets the R580 out, maybe sometime in 2040 I'll go out and get one. Seriously, Nvidia doesn't seem to have anything in development to beat the R580 cards yet, probably because Nvidia knows it's got plenty of time to develop a card, I mean PLENTY.

Which Opertron? Do you mean the X2 Opterons?

Yes, I meant the dual core opterons. Sorry about that.

Not much as far as I know, besides the feature Direct Connect. I don't know exactly what it does. The also have a different core, which basically the same thing, but just branded different. There is very little difference in the Opteron 939 1XX series.
