I am unable to find fan control in the settings section of atitool.
I have a Asus Eax800xt graphics card.
Does anyone know how to enable fan control through atitool?
*Using atitool 0.24 beta 9

Hmm, sounds like a question for w1zzard then. I never had to do anything to get it to work with my X800XT...

I had the same problem at one point, just uninstall/reinstall atitool and reboot.
