Memory not running at correct speed?

Hi, i've just recently built myself a new pc. So i got CPU-Z to see if things are all running as they should, but i'm not sure my memory is. I added a screenshot below. Shouldn't it read PC3200 (400mhz) ? If so, what could the problem be?

It's reading correct, the 400MHz is the DDR speed (200 x 2 = 400). Click on the memory tab and see if it says 200MHz, if so it's running correctly.
