I get a message every time a boot up my computer I get a beep from my bios then its followed by "system has failed VGA test" I can easily counter this problem by restarting couple times until my computer properly boots up properly, I know its not my power supply and Iam not sure if my card is fried, or if it is my hard drive can anyone please help me?

Is your card running its stock bios? I thought that beep code meant that your vga memory was bad, so if it's running the x700xt bios or something it might be failing as a result.

No its not Its still running at stock specs lol...
For some strange reason I no longer have the problem...
My computer is now booting up fine its so strange I think my computer is haunted! but when I replaced my 350 watt to the 460 watt everything seems to be running ok and booting properly
So thanks anyways!
And for the upgrades
I was thinking of getting the X800 Fireblade card for my system next and addition 512Mb of ram for this Sempron Set up hehehe!

Maybe you didn't have enough watts. 350 watts these days is not a lot of power....Maybe for a dell but nothing else :)

It was probably more of an amperage deal than it was wattage, but still a PSU issue nonetheless.:)
