Hello:
After several test to isolate the origin of the problem, I can tell you that the HDDTemp.dll is not very optimized because when I using it to read the HDD temperatures, randomly the HDD is locked for a very short time, but sufficient to interrupt the reading for example when watching a Avi movie. The problem dissapears when I disable the use of this dll (and logically the reading of HDD temperatures).
My system is:
Motherboard: A8N-SLI Premium
Processor: Athlon 64 3500+
Ram: 2 GB Ram
HDD's: WD Raptor 37Gb and Maxtor DiamondLIne III 250 Gb (both SATA).
Graphic card: XFX 6800 Ultra 256 MB
If you need more information to help you to resolve this issue, ask to me.
Thanks and good work.
