Hello everyone, this is my first post. You people have a great community going on here! :)

Everytime I start my machine, a strange problem occurs. I run 3DMark2001 SE and I get a score of 8000 (which is very low for my overclocked settings). I then run ATITool once, and then run 3DMark2001 SE, I then get a score of 11,800+. I am quite sure that for some strange reason, the overclock settings aren't kicking in at boot up.

My system is as follows ...

AMD Barton 2500+ (11x200@1.7v)
ASUS A7N8X
Sapphire Radeon 9550 128 MB (430/250)

Do you have ATITool loaded up when WIndows starts? Have you configured your 2D and 3D profiles?

I have configured my 2D and 3D profiles to be loaded. I haven't configured ATITool to load with Windows, do I need to do that? I don't want it popping out everytime, so is there a run parameter such as -minimizetotray?

There's your problem. You either need to run ATITool manually after you've booted into windows or set it so it loads together with windows in order to get to your overclocked settings. ATITool automatically minimizes itself into the tray after it loads up.

you can also use keycode to load any profile at any time :)
