Hi
I have an I-cute case, it is black with a window in its side.
Im going with a neon blue theme,, and already have 3 blue led cooling fans, one intake, two exhaust.
The intake fan is located in the plasic window, I want another intake fan in there too, the problem is, i tend to mess things up first time round, does anyone know where i can get a replacement window from (a clear piece of perspex or whatever), i like in UK, so a shop which is accessible for me.
What would be the best way to cut the 80mm or 120mm diameter holes?
Thanks.
p.s. are 120mm fans much quieter than 80mm ones?

Any hardware shop should supply perspex. If not, try model shops. Ask about 'plasticard' and see what is the thickest available. Acrylic would also do the job if you can get hold of it.

Crazypc.com has everything man, including window kits. I just bought plenty of mods from there because my original mods (it's called Jet Blue in the case gallery) were getting old and my favorite part, the cathode light, broke so I got that cheap LED one you can see in the pictures and it sucks, so I went to crazypc.com and got everything I've ever wanted mod-wise.

And 120mm fans are quieter for cfm=sound ratio. an 80mm 90cfm fan is about 85db, which is LOUD, but a 120mm fan pushing 80cfm can be much quieter because it doesn't need to spin as much. But it's still louder (I think) compared to an 80mm spinning the same rpm. Go with 120mm if you can dude, only real drawback is size, but you'll have a huge amount of air flowing into your case with them, and not much sound.

id go with the biggest fans you can fit in... like what amdcam said, the bigger you go the more airflow youll get without the noise.

I think a nice sharp drill bit would work for the mounting holes for a fan in the plastic window, but what would I use for the actual hole for the fan??? Planning to put 2 80mm side fans in window for gpx card.
