Hi,

I recently purchased some Dual Channel DDR400 (Geil) which my new motherboard supports. I received it today and was wondering how I checked if it was running at full speed 'dual channel'.

Thanks in advance for any info :)

I think the correct slots to put the RAM in varies depending on the board, so make sure you actually check your manual. Also, at least some BIOSs will flash a little message during bootup that will indicate if Dual DDR is enabled.

Or you can use CPU-Z, it will tell you what your ram is running in...
