Fan speed control program for my mobo?

I have a biostar NF4SLI-A9 motherboard. Speedfan does not have a config file for this motherboard that actually works. What would you guys recommend? I need a way to control my chassis fan (and want to use software) as I did some case customizing.

Then only proper way to do it is by means of hardware, you can get a vantec fan controller that will control 4 fans of your choice, fits in a 3.5 inch external bay, and it sells for about 20twenty dollars at tigerdirect.com

Yes, I was hoping to get systool to do this for me but the current build isn't really working for me so I bought the vantec, I got the one that does 3 LEDs and 2 cold cathodes that follow the music, good investment imho.
