hello there im new to the flashing bios scene and need a bit of help on flashing my bios. if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. heres a list on my specs:

Asus A8V-E SE Socket 939
2x512MB Ultra Ram pc3200 400 mhz (each)
AMD 3500+
Sapphire X800 GTO2 256mb gddr3
Ultra 500 watt power supply
Windows XP Pro SP2
21 inch CRT Moniter

once again if someone could help me out that would be great!!!!
