Information on Pinnacle Pro v2.4

I have a Pinnacle Pro v2.4 (old) capture card. In trying new drivers one has altered the eeprom settings and now it is only recognized as a Pinnacle Rave, a lot less functional. I have collected a vast amount of information on this cards hardware and chips. What I have not been able to find is the eeprom settings to restore it to Pro functionality. I was able to use this card with my 9200 as a capture device for AIW functionality. I would like to get it back. I can write to the eeprom if I can get the proper values. Pinnacle is of course no help. This card uses a BT878A chip. Thanks in advance.
