I have installed ATITool (ver 0.24) in an effort to make my ATI X850XT's (AGP) fan spin slower when not playing games. I did not do any overclocking or set anything else except for the changes I did in the fan control settings. It works fine, however I noticed that now my PC won't wake up from standby mode. The discs would start spinning when I move the mouse but the screen (and the PC) remains in standby mode. I have to do a hard reset to get control back.
After I uninstalled ATITool, my PC is able wake up from standby mode again. I am using Catalyst 5.13 drivers and have installed the CCC.
Hopefully the ATITool developers will be able to fix this problem.
