how to keep ram settings with asrock 939

my bios doesnt support changing the ram between 1t and 2t i set it and click save with systool 1.0 build 631. i reboot and 2t is off again is there a way for it to keep the settings when u turn off computer and turn back on or if i reboot to keep setting??...thanx for help :banghead:

Yes, update your bios. The latest official Asrock v1.50 bios (amongst others) has the 1T/2T setting.
