Atitool startup

Atitool stays in msconfig, and adds a registry key even after uninstalled. I've tried reinstalling then uninstalling, changing it to startup via start menu, but the entry in msconfig always returns. Ive tried to delete everything in regedit regarding atitool. I've used hijackthis to remove it, but it always comes back. Does anyone know how to fix this?

HKLM\Software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

"c:\program files\atitool\atitool.exe" -s

if i remove it, on the next restart its back
