Fan controller, lcd display, and temps, what should i buy that can fit in my 5.25 bay

I was thinking http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813999516 looks like it could hand everything good, it has alot of extra stuff built in it, am i paying to much for it, or is there better around there for up to 60 bucks? Thanks

hey that looks pretty cool..i have the cool master 4 it cools my hd and i can control 4 fans, plus has four temp sensors.

There are several different fan controllers/light busses, if i were you id just look around until i found the "perfect" one, and then try to find it for the cheapest at a pretty well known website.
