yellow screen when load 0.25's profile with gamma setting?

well,this is very strange,i just decrease the gamma value and save the setting to a new profile,when i load the profile again,the whole screen become yellow:banghead:
if no gamma setting in the profile,everything is ok~

i use 0.25b10/b11/b12,and all of them have this issue
0.24 is ok~

i use ati 9600 and a lcd monitor with dvi connection
