Have you tried to overclock it or do anything to it?

I remember seeing someone with a similar problem w/ their GPU (cant remember if it was the x850 pro or x800xl). There never was a solution found, its just that the video card crapped out. Kind of look likes something is going wrong with your GPU, so I would contact that vendor and RMA that.

i used to get pretty much the same with my overclocked 9700 pro.. its memory artifacts.. pretty normal if the memory is tweaked tooo much.. if your card is doing it without being clocked or getting toooo hot.. its dying on u.. try cooling it down some.. fan or heatsinks on the memory..
or slowing it down to less than default speed if u can..

ps.. on second thoughts i think its more likely a "heat" thing it probably isnt dying on u.. the card only gets hot when in gaming mode not in windows.. cool it better and the memory artifacts will go away.. living in a hot country dosnt help

Why shuold he use additional cooling to get stock speeds? Or underclock?! That is insane, if card can't keep with stock clocks there is clearly something wrong with it and one should rma it as soon as possible :wtf:

thanks for taking interest in my problem one thing i forget to tell is this thing happens only for a matter of second and goes and comes back just like flash in the sky . i am looking forward to rma it as soon as i can . can you people tell me about . I bought it from best buy shop and they give me only the purchase slip and no warrenty card was found inside . how can i claim the warrenty for this product. later i tried to downclock my memory speed at 900 mhz it is stable and found no artifacts it also reduces the temp of memory to 45 celcius at fullload before it was 55 celcius .I measured it with external probe .many thanks to trog100 for giving me the clue .i dont know the correct temp of memory at full load .when i opened then heat sink i found no or little thermal paste on the chips . that may be causing the problem . I will apply the paste and post the results soon thanks again to every one .
