Where'd the soft-mod drivers go?

Hey, long time ATI Tool user, first time poster. Where'd all the soft modded driver packs for 9500/9550/9600 users go? I'm trying to help a friend breathe some life into her aging system and can't find 'em! Thanks :toast:
