Build 642 does not calculate CPU speed correctly in 2k3 x64

Just a quick note to let you know that build 642 does not correctly calculate CPU speed in Windows 2003 x64. Earlier builds to 62x were the same also.

For example, I have Opteron 146 @ 10x282.3. CPU speed is reported as 1129Mhz instead of 2823MHz

Mainboard in use is DFI NF4 Ultra Infinity if that helps.

Great program BTW, very handy to quickly find max OC.

Having the same problem with build 649 in XP Pro x64 :(

2xDFI NF4 Ultra-D.
CPU Clock definately incorrect in x64 Edition.
Memory clock and divider are incorrect as well.
Keep up the great work on this.
