build 649...wont even open. tried everything

no matter what i do with the new build, it doesnt do anything. it wont open, it crashes after a "driver not found" error, then an unhandled win32 exception in systool.exe...wtf

Mines also, it's a real pain, but I guess it could be the new build, since they mention its still a Early Phase of the tool
