This is a realy nice S754 full ATX PCI-E for $45 at newegg. The problem is no options for FSB/HTT or multi in BIOS but it has all the voltage options. This mobo with with a working overclocking program could be a very good and cheap overclocker.
Its a ATI RX480 north and ULI 1573 with a PLL ICS 951416.

Thanks.
here is a link to newegg if more info is need on this mobo.

The new release of clockgen works with this mobo and the one I have is stable up to 290HTT. It would be very nice if systool would support this mobo so I can control FSB/HTT and multi all in one program.

This mobo sucks.

I keep getting the AOK "single beep" signal, but NO video output no matter what GOOD video card or what GOOD monitor I use.

Any Ideas?

Looks like a defective mobo. Get a RMA from were you got it. The 2 I have work great with out problems. Every mobo makers have defects out there so you just got dum luck with this mobo.
