Why can't I run my Ram in dual channel? There's no option in the bios and CPU-Z indicates that it's running in single channel. How can I change this?

you must make sure your motherboard supports dual channel, generally it will have four slots, with two of the four being the same color.
to run dual channel you need to have 2 of the 4 slots filled with the same amout of ram

Thanks for that
It supports dual channel, but I don't know how to turn it on. My systemn fulfils all criteria for DC, but it doesn't do it..
You also need to make sure that the RAM is in the correct two slots, check your mobo manual to find out which two.

For God's sake's! Everything is right! A-hem, The manual doesn't mention DC, does the K7/nForce 2 not support it?

using slot 2 & 3 will enable dual channel mode. Also slot 1 & 3 should enable dual channel but abit recommends using 2 & 3 for 2 memory modules.
