what are your load temps?

i have the gigabyte 3d galaxy liquid cooling setup/whatever, it works ALOT better than any other kit ive seen numbers on. at stock everything, i idle at about 19-20c, 30c after both cores are at full load after a few hours...i love it.

i'm using the coolermaster mini also.. but mine is r120. My x2 temp at idle is 34C .. 2C hotter than my previous asetek waterchill kit.. Full load r120 is 41-42C, asetek was 39C max. IMHO this is a great value watercooling.

does it matter what position the radiator is in.the instructions did nt say anything about it

Most show the rad mounted on the inside but there's no harm in mounting it on the outside... I would set the rad fan to pull cooler air from the outside in and use another inside the case to blow air out ... like a blow hole on top is most common ... like here (http://www.techpowerup.com/gallery/46) is my old setup

the temperature inside a case is usually quite a bit warmer than the outside of the case. thats a reason why i like my radiator on the outside

i went and cut the perferated metal where the 80mm fans go and cut the shit out..cuz it restricted the air flow to less than half..the rad is still inside but the fan is in betweenthe rad and the case.suckin air in through the rad..air flow is much much mcuh better.idles at 21*c ..load temp after 30mins of prime95 37*c fan is at max rpm 3600rpm i think.next i want to get a water cooling kit for both my vid cards..

any suggestions would be very helpfull..if you know of one that is universal for alot of nvidia cards that would be the cats ass.so when i upgrade my vid cards hopefully they will work with the new cards:rockout:
