Does any one know how to edit the bios files? Well let me start from the beginning ,I am trying to over clock my x1800xt and x1800 crossfire cards while in crossfire mode but the only thing that works for me is the CCC in crossfire mode.Now when I am in single card mode I have no problem using ATITOOL for voltage and X1800OVERCLOCKER for the GPU and Memory and all works just fine but when I try these tools in crossfire mode the cards just lock up every time no matter how little or great the overclock is..The CCC unit does however work just fine for over clocking the cards to 690/790 while in crossfire mode.
So I was wondering if any one knew how to edit the x1800 crossfire edition bios so that it will match the x1800XT PE bios speed so that I can use the CCC to reach better overclocks..One more thing if I flash the x1800 crossfire edition card to the X1800XT PE bios then I can no longer use the card in crossfire mode as the card is no longer seen as a crossfire edition card...So you see my problem. I need some who knows how to edit the bios file for a x1800 crossfire edition card so that it has the same unlocked speeds of the X1800XT PE bios,then the CCC will be awsome for overclocking while in crossfire mode.
