TPUBench was created to help TPU staff conduct their benchmarks.
The public release was only to receive feedback and encourage people to developer their own plugins etc.
Since this has not happened, I am pulling TPUBench from the public.

But doesn't pulling it defeat it's ability to be a good reference for the public, Not being able to run it kills the publics ability to understand it as a point a reference, especially in relationship to their own systems, i mean that if you see a reviewer quote some 3D06 numbers, you could run it on your system and know how the product being reviewed rated to your own systems. So by not allowing the public to use it, doesn't it relegate it to just another obscure number that cannot be related to anyone's real world systems.
i'm just a little disappointed because there are few real good benches that we can rely on to rate our systems to others.

you can still run the benchmarks, just not via tpubench. a 3dmark run is a 3dmark run

What a pity. I am a coding-noob, so was not able to deliver more than plugin suggestions. Thanks nonetheless, I will miss TPUbench ;)
TPUBench is a godsend thank you for sharing it with the public before, I've not used it in a review yet, but have been testing several VGAs past several weeks and TPUbench definitely came in handy for automating some of the 3DMark family benchies and other similar build-in apps.
now if only something could be done to automate those FRAPS runs :)

Well I have used it quite often and it was a very good tool. And well for the TPU staff it will still be. Thanks as it was a great one, will surely miss it!

jmke and Mavke! Its weird seeing you out of your "home websites" but good seeing you both though.
I remember seeing the application on the forum but I never used it. Seemed like it could save people a good amount of time with all the automation.
I hope this doesn't mean GPU-z will disappear eventually too. :(

I found that the TPUBench Beta was unreliable & it still had some bugs in it anyway. Are you sure you didn't remove it for that reason?
