Not one issue in the first game I tested ! I'll test L4D also today..tomorrow maybe BFBC2

What games are affected by poor performace by this mod? Explain...more important SLI lives than both gpus 100% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rockout:

I'm about to test metro 2033 right now myself, just did a run with fraps and a single card at 1920x1200 and mostly max settings, 20s-30s fps. Will report back with sli results.

1hr problem free, infact it was the most enjoyable play ever.

I'll post screeny showing 55min cpu time usage of TrackMania, multiplayer.

Hmm, 40s min now, hitting 80s max, 60ish av with sli.
Works for me! OH OH, sorry, didn't read the last page.... have to install all this now......
Rebooting to win7 shortly, will run metro and report.

Modded ForceWare 258.96 Build 2 for Windows Vista/7 x64
http://www.xdevs.com/sli/ModdedForceWare258_96_B2.RAR

1. unpack the archive to some folder (separate from driver installer)
2. install 258.96 forceware
3. reboot
4. run Install.cmd as administrator in windows explorer
5. Reboot

If you have build 1 of modded driver installed you should to do 4,5 steps

I need to know everything. Stability, Benchies and so on. Please report.

The first was general fix, this #2 targets newer games... Are we depentant on YOUR tweakings or is this a way to find a link to original nvidia drivers?

You dont need to hack every game?????

260.XX are beta drivers, so no, not the moment, he is only working on official drivers

My 2x GTX470 are not entering any other Power-State than P0.

Is this a driver or mod issue?

Using B2 and 258.96.

Got a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P with Intel C2Q 9550.

As the Voltage is staying high (no 2D clockdown, i suggest), the fan keeps spinning rather quickly.

Nvidia Inspector says its running @ Powerstate P0 (full POWAAAAA)

Didn't use the 258.96 before as i was told its not working with current SLi Patch.

this is also the case with my 2 x 470's, without foreware mod i have low power states, not that i care lol, full power for games is needed anyway, and i have another partition for office apps

as the 470 is consuming a lot of power from the begin with, we SHOULD care about it though.. ;D

fresh win 7 instal

be around 15 mins with updates
