Thanks alot man, but I have feeling that voltages didnt rise up for my card. with this bios i could get 641mhz of GPU and same speed of vram as with stock bios.changing memory timings gave some noticable fps, thats very good. But I would like to try changing bios voltages by myself, but dono what software to use. rabit v2.2 dont have this feature :(

If a voltage table is present I will increase voltage, but theres no way of knowing if it will work on all cards, in which case hardmodding is the only alternative.

I have a THERMALRIGHT|HR-03 Rev A and I bought some bfgtech ram sinks and stuck the right sized ones on the voltage things by the red heatsink and these are my temp now. My GPU temp is 34c and the temp of the temp chips is 31c. I was hitting 45c before at idle and the temp chip was 52c. I had a v900 zalman on it before. My temps at load don't change very much on the temp chip and the most I reach no matter what my clock is 56c, 52c when just playing ut3 and 3d games alike. I was tweaking this thing out as much as possible and noticed that after 855 on the memory clock with stock voltage by the way, I can up the voltage and it does not help me get a higher clock on the memory or the core the most I can reach on the core is 742.5 and like I said my temps don't budge now. I need a bios with all my 3d clock memory timings tweaked. How do I get to where I can see my 3d clock memory timings? I figured I would give that info because it seems at a certain point voltages don't matter for me any more. Mind you I have my voltage flashed to be 1.5 for the gpu during 3d clocks everything else stock with the clocks being 702/837.

I have twiddled with my 1950's bios, and upped the core from stock 575 to 648,and mem from 688 to 776.I have also adjusted the mem timings a tad,can you have a look ketxxx and make sure its ok.I have benched my card at 654core and 803mem,it was fine, but i've flashed them a bit lower to be safe. The vgpu is raised from 1.3 to 1.375.

The mem will not run 3dm06 higher than 803mhz and core dont seem to like higher than 654 even with vgpu at 1.375,so maybe these are max clocks.

Palit\Xpertvision BIOS' suck hard. I ended up flashing my Xpertvision with a heavily modified BIOS of unknown origins to get my card working properly.

So Ketx,How can i flash my PALIT X1950GT AGP to X1950PRO or add some vcore to get higher clocks?
Is it possible to burn shappire's bios or any other bios on palit's card?
http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/...urer=&model=X1950+Pro&interface=AGP&memSize=0
will ati's bios will be good enoth?

Depends... I have no idea about AGP. I'd just overclock it from there, though I would really replace the cooling solution that you are using right now before you do anything... say a VF700CU maybe?

Hey Ketxx

I was wondering, do you put same mem settings to all cards or do you check each cards memory somewhere or something like that?

If it's "generic" numbers, could you post them here? If not, could you check my BIOS?
Original BIOS of my card is here: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showpost.php?p=454880&postcount=1587
No need to modify anything but the memory timings, I'll take care of the rest :)

I got interested after reading these few posts from last 2 weeks where ppl got 10+ fps increase with AA :D I mean, it's not going from 100 to 110, but 30 to 40! Now that's 30+% increase!! :D I'd love to see that on my card :p

Btw, I've put a better paste, but still didn't get time to lap it a bit.. And I think I'll skip changing cooler altogether, after I saw what new nVidia baby can do :D I'm just waiting for ATi's answer first ;) But I still need this card tweaked if possible.. I'm still going to game on this one till Xmas at least :)

Heres a screen of the edited memory timings. As far as I'm aware these timings should work on any BGA memory, weather its Samsung, Hynix, Quimonda, etc. There should never be any doubt with a 1950Pro anymore :p Kinda shocked ppl didnt think another 10FPS with AA was possible.

Always stay with the BIOS on your card if you can. If the clocks are good with the BIOS you have now, just use rabit to edit core and memory clocks. While your at it you might want to also change fan speeds so your card stays cooler.

Xvi32 for 1950s, dunno if it will work the same for HD cards, should do tho.

Well, sure you've shocked me :D Wouldn't you be shocked if someone came up to you and said "hey, change these 3 numbers and your car will go30-40% faster" :D

Thanks for the pic! I'll try to play a bit during weekend :)
