You will have to pay the local tax, or shipping cost, which will make these PS3 $499+, if you buy it at the local stores.

Example: CA tax = ~8%

8% of 499 = $40
You will have to pay $550 at retail seller for this.

It's backwards compatible with PS2 disk.
