9.5 was perfect for me on Win 7 x64 and hd4850 9.6 was garbage Driver recover on stock clocks even no to mention on OCed. I hope 9.7 will fix this.

I had major problems with getting driver versions 9.5 and 9.6 to install and run properly......so I went back to v9.4 and everything is running smooth.

I am concerned that I might not be gaining better performance in my graphics card by not having the most current drivers installed and running.

Not sure if anyone else has had issues such as I've described, but I will most likely wait till this newest 9.7 version becomes certified before I try again....really bums me....

OK, feedback time.

These drivers seem to run great. Tested them on the following:
- Street Fighter IV
- Call of Juarez Bound in Blood
- Left 4 Dead
- World in Conflict
- AMRA II

All games worked well except ARMA II. Total graphic corruption.

CCC seem to have had a makeover, performance I am yet to test with ARMA 2.

9.5 worked well for me, 9.6 hated dual monitor and crossfire.

yeah, it has it. i dont like it

Instead of having the menu on the left, its now a drop down list. The problem is that it now takes two clicks to go anywhere - if you dont know what menu you're looking for, it takes you twice as much clicking to get there

for example, to get to where scaling should be (except that it still doesnt WORK)

Menu - desktop and displays - right click the lower image for your screen (the top one doesnt work) - configure

IMO, this GUI better not make it into the final. its terrible. you should have access to every menu from the 'home' page

Crossfire works for me now with ARMA 2, I can run everything maxed out with AA off @ 2560 X 1600 without massive fram dips or spikes now, before the game was woefull, now its a joy to play.

That looks rubbish for an advanced menu system. It would be great for begginer mode as everything is well structured for people trying to figure out what settings do what, but for people like us who know what we want to find and adjust it only gets in the way. They've hidden everything under one dropdown heading. Terrible design - make there a dropdown for each subsection (displays, 3D, colour, video, overclocking etc) and it wouldn't be as bad. I don't want to navigate 4 windows to be able to turn off my AA, AF to play a game :/

Is there not an option for different GUIs hidden in there? Like where the different skin options are in the current CCC?
