um yea, oblivion is ONLY offline. Theres no online mode, its a single player game.

Oblivion has to be one of the best rpgs freeroams I've ever played, Purely offline and there are tons of mods official and unofficial ...dude its a must play.

Oblivion is a fantastic game, just like Morrowind before it. The ability to collect stuff is what makes it outrageously funny. In MW, I had collected about 200 pillows and had them stacked all over my "home". Why? Who knows.

@Everyone. Frick doesn't like anything. He reminds me of many of the grumpy old dwarves you read about in many fantasy novels.

I know this much about Oblivion:
I played it for 30mins. Totally hated it.

Fallout 3 is made by the same people on the same engine and Oblivion's and it's makers' tardness shiness through it too.

Fallout 3 had a pretty nice feeling to it though. It really felt like a wasteland at times. But otherwise you're totally right.

And I actually played like 5 hours of Oblivion just to get a feel for it, and ... just no. It's nothing. "Immershun" my ass.
