Looking for modders of GTA SA! I need some input on Cleo 3 and working around it with Vista 64 bit with the ELM Mod. If you or anyone could help i would be thankful

Have you checked on the GTA modding forums? I was over there a bit when I was working on my GTA 4 mods, lots of info over there.
