Just a warning to all:

I received my processor from this seller today and it had signs of alcohol and/or thermal paste once used on the chip, and it came with several (6-9) bent pins. Think twice before buying from this person.

I apologize. I thought that rule was only for the Buy/Sell/Trade/Giveaway forum. Anyway, I'll go ahead and remove the link. On a side note, I received mine in flawless condition and it has survived 3.1 GHz overclock for 24 hours of Prime95 stress testing.

His feedback does indicate that most if not all his chips arrive to the customer in working order, maybe I just got unlucky. He did, however, promptly offer to refund my money after I send the chip back to him which I intend to do tomorrow. I hope everything works out.
