Yes, Xoxide went under and had a massive liquidation sale, all the while selling their entire store on an auction site. The buyer has now resumed operations of the store, and this is their way of getting the word out that they're back

Exceuse my french but FUK Xoxide, those m-f'ers I bought a $200 in Sept. its now Nov! and I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER I PLACED. i contacted them, by phone and e-mail and received no replys. I have taken it up with my bank who has credited my account but now tells me Xoxide is going to further dispute it. i mean WTF how can you dispute it? i never got any hardware, nor a tracking number.

never should of bought anything from there....

This is odd to say the least. For what it's worth to you (which probably isn't much) yours was far from a typical experience for a Xoxide customer. And now there's new owners/management perhaps you can try again.
