Your hardware looks awesome for the time being, I really love the look of the 800D, but your comment on price makes me think twice about it.

G9x are a kickass mouse for sure, and I think that would leave some spare $$$ for some other stuff like a mousepad, beer, or what nottery.

Personally I like crazy gadgets too and had my eye on a Mimo USB touchscreen monitor, but they're not for everyone....

I'll relay suggestions as they come to me

Theres this store that i found, also bought stuff before that have crazy good prices on CM stuff, their ATCS is cheaper than what i payed for my 1200, that gets on my nerves when i need to replace components, specially coolers and hard drives / clean filters.
Though i really like black looks, hence i bought 1200 over HAF. But i can only find the 800D over here for 1700$, and the ATCS for 890$. And the atcs has a lot more fan placements and space.
the PS3 and case i can buy locally, but the mouse i need to import from the US and in this time of year it takes about a month to arrive.

I hear that. By the way that overclock is 24/7, what temps you are getting?

Dude, I say stick with the 1200, I use that and a 902 and Love them both to bits, not saying its better than a 800D by any stretch, but yeah I'd say not much of an upgrade.

Temps are 40-45 C Idle across all cores, and about 55-60 with everything I can 'normally' throw at it.

Stress tests are a different matter and hit 75-80 odd, but I don't worry because I can't make the i7 do that unless I am stress testing.

I hear the Corsair 800D is a great case.

But hardware wise, you have a great system that should last you a long while.

So i say go with the PS3.

A.More Hardware.

What kind of stuff do you use your PC for?

If it was my system, I would dump the single socket, and go dual Xeon, install 12GB, 16GB, 24GB or 32GB RAM depending on budget, and create 2 RAMdisks. One of the RAMdisks I would set up as a 1GB-2GB volatile temp folder. The other I would set up as a 2GB-16GB image file with my favourite applications loaded on it. More info here

Now THAT would be a system that flies! It might take you a minute to boot, but once up and running it would tear your current nancy-boy-ladies-internet-browser-fischer-price-online-shopping-computer to shreads.
