Go into BIOS and change it? I don't know what "no errors/very unstable" means.

If you have 4 sticks of RAM in your AMD system, you won't be able to reach very high memory frequencies (that's just how newer memory controllers behave). Try loosening the timings to say 8-8-8-24.
You may also have to try 2T.

tried all that, dude. just now i have upped the voltage to 1.64 volts, which works a bit better than 1.60volts. the timings i have now are 7 7 7 24, and i know it should be 9 9 9 24. but we'll see. i was hoping you might know a tweak or 2 , maybe for vddnb or something. thanks for the replies,,,g
