Ultimate Storage, fastest SSD ever

There is nothing faster on the market. F-IO keeps a tight grip on these and you will not find one for less than 3K anywhere else. This is the 80GB model, they are not bootable yet but at some point F-IO is releasing a firmware update to make them bootable.

Nearly 81K in PCMark Vantage HDD, 100K IO/s, load into online games faster than anyone else or use it for server work, this is the fastest SSD on the market by a large margin and it will run all of these tasks faster than anything else.

2K Plus shipping, PayPal - Personal Transaction, Money Owed ONLY (so I don't take a 3% hit)

For refs use the search feature. No low ballers but I am open to you paying 2500 for it I may be open to some kind of trade plus 1700 cash.

I remember seeing the first video of one of these. They did a Linux benchmark on and it OMG the results were impressive. I rather have these than a SATA SSD to be honest good luck selling

The new versions are cut down for the consumer market. I am still waiting for my set to arrive but once they get here I will be able to test them and see where the differences are. I would suspect they have less channels and from the specs list the latancy is 30-40% higher in the consumer card.

The write speeds on the consumer drives are only 280 MB/s compared to the 700+ for the enterprise cards.

At Storage Vision last year I saw them playing the entire series of a TV show, I forget which one. All of the episodes were in DVD quality, playing off of one card and doing it lag free. I think there were like 600 or so episodes. Talk about multitasking

Someone wrote a kick ass review of it here.

You can see the video of the videos here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HazPTm8R3kM

I guess it was over 1000 DVDs being played at one time but it was with the Duo. I know at one point they were showing 600 videos on the drive I have for sale.

EDIT: Sorry for the self bumps/updates, just trying to get all of the info in.

OK guys, car prices are way down. Who has a Jeep Charokee or something that I can tow a 12x10 enclosed trailer with?

Let's get creative here and make something happen. Hell if you have a BMW 645Ci with less than 60K miles and in good shape I will trade all of my computer hardware except for my notebook, storage product test system and one 30 inch LCD. Surely someone out there is addicted enough to LOTS of highend and rare hardware that they are willing to let the wifes ride go
