Sounds like you got a solid setup, combo deals are always the way to go if they are out there, newegg has some killer combos sometimes.

Hello,
There are many Cpu available im market.My suggestion is GHZ matters most then cores. The dual core would be faster for most applications because most programs don't utilize dual or quad core. But for the very few things that can use quad core it would be faster. I would stick with dual core til more programs use quad core
