Thanks for your reply.

The Caption of the IC is

AHCT125
709C214
Un607
326

(the last line could be 32B, but i think it's 326. very small text )

I also measured the resistors around the IC.

I numbered the resistors like this:
http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/4379/unbenanntm.gif

R1 = 10 Ω
R2 = 10 Ω
R3 = 1,3 kΩ
R4 = 10 Ω
R5 = 1,3 kΩ
R6 = 10 Ω

i thought that maybe R3 and R5 are connected in parallel, because i measured the exact same resistance, but they are NOT.

ready to start my multimeter again ;-)

greets

that IC seems to be a buffer, and therefore is not what we're looking for.
i'll dig a bit deeper for those two ICs fom before, i'm pretty sure BD-9J is the IC we need. do you know how to identify pin 1?

once you find pin 13 for me, measure its resistance to ground.

just looked at the previous pic again. the arrow is pointing to a non-existent pin. the pin to the right of it is pin 1. pin 13 will be the exact same pin on the opposite corner.
