Urbi et orbi:

I just tested my (big) case without a single fan (7 new artic-cooling are on the way), both to feel the noise and heat without them....

Hehe... Both the CPU and GPU (Gigabyte 585OC) are overclocked to stable 24/7 levels, but obviously produce more heat than stock clocks...

Well, to the facts! My idle GPU temperature went from 40 to 50, and 30 seconds after lauching BC2 the temp reached 70ºC and another minute later BSOD'ed... ;)

An amazing amount of hot air comes tru the few rear holes, yet it's an open design.... The oppposite site of the custom design blows hot air in the middle of the case... bringing funny feelings to all motherboard parts

Just for the sake of testing, no way am I keeping the case fanless LOL

i don't understand the question.

as for non reference cards blowing air into the case instead of out the back ... that's just the way it is. i'm not sure what you can do short of aftermarket/water/custom rigging

Hi digibucc, there was no question in my post! But of course I have questions in mind! :)

Right now the ascending hot air from the GPU's right end (looking at in thru a hypothetical or real case window) is right in the way of the fresh air from the case front fans on its way to the RAM and CPU..

Maybe I will experiment a bit the coming days... subject will be: re-routing airflows

Posting some pictures of your setup would help greatly.
