Anyone? The idea is simple, but mammoth in proportions. The good thing is it allows for limitless imagination 
Using the borderless cryodill esp file, the idea is to expand oblivion into the other provinces (hammerfell, morrowind, skyrim etc) and make everybodys imaginations about the other provinces become real. For example Morrowind would be a province largely populated by dark elves, have mostly dark thundery weather, and of course the buildings would be grand affairs to be gazed at and even the odd super weapon to be earned\bought in preperation for special surprises 
If its doable the idea to even have secret areas to be discovered - how would all you oblivion nuts like to meet the last surviving dwarves? Lastly as an example of the grand ideas, again if its possible, even have a boat travel system to visit some provinces away from the "mainland". Of course quests will also be added, but I'm hoping a good chunk of them will take care of themselves as fans of this idea who may not want to actively be involved in its making but would love to make a quest or two. All ideas for this supermod will of course be taken into account, its gonna be one hell of a team effort and I'd love to include as many peoples ideas as possible.

I could finally use my skills to help someone! yea I am alright at 3ds MAX 9. I can help with modeling and texturing most likely. cant rly program thou...
I hope this supermod will become more then a thought!
