x700 voltage control from windows

Hello , i am new to this forum
I am not at all new to overclocking
I have a x700 and i want to change its voltage from windows, ok i found alot of moddable software on the net, but they all about over voltage , i really want to down volt this time, can someone reccommend some soft, i tryed ati tray tools but no option for voltage , also atiTool, but i cannot access the voltages with it, i think it only works for 9200 - 9800,
if someone knows a good soft for unde r volting please share. :D

Why do you want to undervolt it? Is it overheating because if so make sure you're comp's got enough airflow and the fan on it is working altright.

Are you on a laptop or something, otherwise I can't understand why apart from a over heating problem, as to why you want to undervolt?

my vga fan is a very noisy one, and as water cooling is to affordable yet i try to underclock it to achieve a low temp even witout the cooler

Use ATITool to slow down the fan, or buy an 3rd party fan that is quieter.

you can not change voltage via software on x700 series

you could do a voltmod and connect to +12v instead of gnd. if you dont know what i'm talking about better leave it be and enjoy a working card

Oh ok, I think your being a bit drastic with your supposed fix. As Thermopylae said get an Accelero cooler or arctic cooling fan. They're not expensive

ofc aftermarket cooling i a good solution but the original poster asked for a softwre voltmod

i do understand what u mean by connecting a +12 v , but i dunnot know how it is done
but i will search on the net and see
