Ok i have an amd 64 x2 6000+ what is the best mobo as far as overclocking (including ram i want this thing to be FAST)

Fully supports AM2+ for phenoms although I don't know about the OCability. Most 6000+ chips top out around 3.5-3.6 GHz because of limitations of the processor itself though.

I would go with a nforce 570/590 board. the asus m2n32 is a nice board. Do you want crossfire or sli or neither?? I personally wouldn't buy another biostar board. They seem to be more on the lower end of the scale.
As with the ram you can grab a 1066 kit a little cheaper now. Otherwise go for a good 800 kit
