UVD is awesome
and HD DVD playing in PowerDVD using ATI's awesome Unified Video Decoder (UVD) + Half-Life 2: Episode Two
to give you a hint, Athlon X2 5000+, 4GB DDR2 6400, 74GB raptor with X1800 XT decodes the HD DVD at 100%, no HL2 with 3870 it decodes around 3-10% and even let you play HL2:EP2 at around 50-90fps with everything at very high with AA & AF max

System: X2 5000+, 4GB DDR2, 74GB Raptor, Vista SP1 v658 x64
Radeon 3870 @ 845/1251 via ATI OverDrive, 1280x1024
