if you tried to install this, you can't use the RC Keys obviously. As like the previous versions, you can activate it till June 3, 2010

1- final version is leaked and ISO's (Including legit microsoft ones) are everywhere to download. i have windows 7 running myself, the final build is what microsoft would be selling retail at oct 22, so you would need a retail or OEM key
2 - most 32-bit applications would work, yes

Microsoft disabled support for the RC (build 7100) keys with build 7600 otherwise anyone could have a fully registered version of Windows 7 for free.
